Ms. McCausland provides expert counsel in divorce, child custody matters, visitation and support issues, and also handle post-judgment matters such as modification of spousal support, child support and child custody orders. We are also experienced in working with victims of domestic violence and obtaining restraining orders when appropriate.
Our office is located in Santa Rosa, California, in beautiful Sonoma County. Ms. McCausland and her staff are energetic, responsible and will vigorously fight for your best interests under the law. Ms. McCausland is a member of the Lawyer Referral Services (LRS) with the Sonoma County Bar Association which offers a free one-half hour consultation. You must be referred by LRS to receive this free consultation. She is also a member of CLC, Incorporated which also offers a free one-half hour consultation, with a reduced hourly rate once Ms. McCausland is retained by you. You must be referred by CLC to receive this initial consultation. She is also a member of ARAG, which is offered through California employers. You must have a client id to participate in this program.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed for lunch from noon to 1:00 p.m. Our Friday hours are from 9:00 a.m. to noon. We are closed all court holidays observed by the Sonoma County Superior Court.
